Philly Shrimp Cocktail Dip

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 24, 2 Tbsp each

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 lb cooked shrimp, chopped (2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Cocktail Sauce
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow bowl or 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Toss shrimp with cocktail sauce; spoon over cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and onions.
  4. Serve with WHEAT THINS Crackers.

Substitute 1 (8-oz) pkg. imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped, for the shrimp.

Spring Veggie Pizza Appetizer

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 2 hr 20 minutes
  • Servings: 32

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 (8-oz) tub PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 cup each: Chopped sugar snap peas and quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup each: sliced radishes, chopped yellow peppers and shredded carrots
  • Green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll dough; separate into four rectangles. Press onto bottom and up sides of 15x10x1" baking pan to form crust, firmly pressing seams and perforations together to seal.
  3. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
  4. Mix cream cheese spread, dressing, dill weed and onion salt until well blended. Spread onto crust; top with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting to serve.

Classic California Cobb

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Servings:4, or 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped, crisply cooked
  • 1 (10-oz) bag mixed salad greens
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled and chopped
  • Plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup crumbled ATHENOS Blue Cheese
  • Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • Green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. Toss avocado with lemon juice. Place in large salad bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Spoon onto salad plates. Drizzle with dressing.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Servings: 36

Ingredients

  • 1 (7-oz) pkg. BAKER'S Milk Chocolate Dipping Chocolate
  • 36 medium strawberries

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  2. Dip strawberries into chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet or tray. Let stand at room temperature or store in refrigerator for 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.

  • Substitute: Prepare as directed, using BAKER'S Dark Semi-Sweet Dipping Chocolate.
  • Cooking Know-How: For best results, serve strawberries the same day they are dipped.

How to Select and Store Fresh Strawberries

When purchasing fresh strawberries, look for plump, brightly colored berries with a strong strawberry fragrance. If pre-packaged in plastic cartons, be sure to check the bottom of the container for any mushy berries or signs of mold. Store strawberries in the refrigerator and wash just before using.

Mock Mimosa

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Servings: 10, 1 cup each

Ingredients

  • 1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT Pineapple Orange Flavor Drink Mix
  • 1 (2-liter) bottle club soda, chilled
  • 2 cups cold orange juice
  • 1 seedless orange, cut into 10 thin slices

Directions

  1. Empty contents of drink mix tub into large plastic or glass pitcher. Add club soda; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in orange juice.
  3. Serve over ice cubes in 10 tall glasses. Add orange slice to each glass.
